The Database Department is a structural unit within the management of academic activities and the registrar of the institute, which performs the functions of managing information about the structure of the university, faculties and departments, the composition of staff and teachers, the contingent of students and data on their movement, data generation, as well as process optimization decision making.

Creation of the database of students and professors;

Automatization of academic, scientific and financial processes;

Regular management of legitimation student documents, transcripts and other documents;

Creation of analytical data and management of optimization of decision-making processes;

Management of data related to scientific projects, scientific and methodical publications, preparation of highly qualified scientific-pedagogic personnel;

Management of information about curricula and programs, study and exam schedules, student performance and attendance;

Management of distance learning platform and platform usage by professors and teachers;

Creation of related data in HEMIS information system and management of the system.
