The department develops the institute’s development strategy, economic and financial policy, formulates management decisions aimed at the efficient use of resources, analyzes them, and coordinates their implementation.

The main objective of the Department of Strategic Planning and Finance is to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic management system aimed at ensuring the long-term strategic development, financial stability, economic efficiency, and competitiveness of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

The activities of the Department are aimed at achieving the long-term strategic development goals of the institute, forming a sustainable financial policy, and ensuring the efficient and transparent use of resources.

In its activities, the Department follows the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential Decree No. 60 of December 24, 2021 “On additional measures to ensure the academic and organizational-managerial independence of state higher education institutions”, Presidential Decree No. 61 “On measures to grant financial independence to state higher education institutions”, the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as the Department’s own Charter.
