The Department of Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs is implementing a long-term, large-scale program among the institute’s community — particularly in the field of students’ moral and ethical education — based on national and universal values. The program aims to nurture thoughtful, physically healthy individuals who respect human rights and dignity.

The Department of Spiritual and Educational Affairs carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions, and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as the institute’s internal regulations and the Department’s Charter.

The main goal of the Department of Spiritual and Educational Affairs is to educate students in the spirit of loyalty to national and universal values, to broaden their spiritual, aesthetic, and moral outlook, to protect their thinking from the influence of alien ideas, and to nurture truly devoted and patriotic citizens of independent Uzbekistan.

• Wide promotion of the reforms implemented in our country among students and youth;
• Starting work on forming moral, aesthetic, political, legal, artistic education among students;
• Organization of conferences, round talks and meetings dedicated to the promotion of national traditions and values;
• To help improve the work of improving the spiritual and physical maturity of students;
• To determine the priority directions of spiritual, educational and educational work in the institute, to develop the necessary normative documents in this regard and to ensure its implementation;
• Determination of ideological immunity among students and young people in the fight against religious extremism, terrorism, drug addiction and organized crime;
• To increase the interest of young people in music, painting, literature, theater and other types of art, to help bring out their talent;
• Physical training of young people, creating necessary conditions for them to demonstrate their abilities in the field of sports;
• Meaningful organization of young people's free time, raising the culture of reading among them;
• Helping female students to acquire professions;

It consists of actively participating in the improvement of spiritual and educational work in cooperation with the city and district departments of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, as well as foundations and public organizations operating in our country.

• Formation of students as real citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of national and universal values;
• Preparation of civil and childhood duties before Vatan for implementation diligently;

• broad promotion of students ' sense of social activity, transativity, respect for education and profession and social responsibility;

• meaningful Organization of leisure time of Students, Organization of scientific and creative activities on the basis of their interests;
• to improve the systematic spiritual and moral and educational work.
